We have found the hard drive to be close to failure and we are currently migrating data to a new hard-drive to prevent future data loss.
Disk clone should take about 1 hour, but we are not sticking to an time frame right now. We will update once this issue is finally resolved.
We have identified a current issue on the filesystem of the server freedom, we are taking the server down for filesystem check, if needed we may have to replace the hard-drive we have a spare on hand.
We currently dont have an ETA for completition. We will update once everything is fixed.
NavigatorIS is migrating one of its DNS Clusters in-house, to our facility in Los Angeles. Our secondary cluster will still be located in New Jersey. Our upstream is currently working on the issue. However, the internet connectivity has been restored. While they finish working on the issue there will be high latency on the network.
